Position Level and Experience RequirementsGS-13

To be eligible at the GS-13 level, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal Service.
- Providing advisory services to senior management officials in an administrative program area.
- Overseeing a program or leading a team for one or more of the following administrative program areas:
- Budget
- Human Resources (HR)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Acquisitions and/or contracting
