About the JobAs an Administrative Business Partner, you are at the heart of your team’s business operations, anticipating the needs of managers and team members, resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise, and supporting projects with organized, analytical, and business‑judgment skills.
Your work involves schedule management, expense handling, office space advocacy, event planning, and travel coordination, all within a collaborative and fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities- Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, and prepare meetings for the executive or team.
- Execute expense management activities.
- Assess and advocate for office space needs.
- Plan and organize internal and external programs and events, managing event logistics with partners and vendors.
- Complete travel coordination tasks.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a high‑tech or international environment working on core tasks such as travel management, expense reports, calendar management, and facilities coordination.
- Preferred: 3 years supporting executive‑level management in a corporate setting, managing small‑scale projects and events from pre‑planning to execution.
US: $79,000 – $113,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits.
