Supervisory Management And Program Analyst (Change Management Chief)
The Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Change Management Chief), is a member of the Program Integration Office for Education Service within the Veterans Benefits Administration. The Service has department-wide responsibility for activities relating to administering VA educational assistance programs to Veterans, Service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and eligible dependents for their military service to the Nation.
