We are currently hiring for Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Center Project Manager – Mission Critical / Data Center

Location: Muskogee, OK

Salary: $140,000–$150,000/year

Vehicle: Company vehicle + gas card

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in mission-critical, data center, or complex commercial construction
. The PM will oversee projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of mission-critical/data center construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and construction progress.
  • Coordinate MEP systems, commissioning, energization, and equipment installation.
  • Track long-lead materials and equipment to protect the project schedule.
  • Maintain strong safety, quality, and schedule standards.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and clients.
  • Support project closeout, commissioning, and turnover.
Qualifications
  • commercial construction project management experience.
  • Proven mission-critical/data center construction experience preferred.
  • Strong experience with project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction processes.
  • Experience with commissioning, energization, and long-lead equipment is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA knowledge and relevant certifications preferred.
