U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service and assist customers with products and rentals both inside and outside a U-Haul center. You will use our smartphone-based U-Scan system to dispatch and return equipment, move and hook up trucks and trailers, and inspect equipment on the lot.
Responsibilities include answering questions, preparing invoices, and facilitating education through U-Haul University.
