Clerk Credit - Part Time

Responsibilities

Responsible for creating a fun and productive work environment.

Assists the guest, either in person, over the phone or through the Bally' Website in completing a Credit Application.

• Logs and files all returned checks and completes reports for the Casino Credit Manager.
• Completes SAR ’ s when necessary, within the guidelines of the Title 31 Reporting Requirement and takes and passes annual Title 31 training.
• Prepares Collection Files for returned items and prepares necessary paperwork for the Casino Credit Manager.
• Compiles daily and monthly reports of credit issued, returned items, collections on returns, write-offs as well as new accounts along with any other reports r equested by the Casino Credit M anager.
• Communicates and a ssists M ain Bankers with early clears, guest returns, p ayments b y mail and Safekeeping funds.
• Maintains and a ssists i n updating Policies and Procedures.
• Completes all training and attends all meetings as r equired a nd completes all other duties as assigned.
• Obtains credit reports and attaches to the Credit Application. Verifies bank account information for the guest and attaches the report to the Credit Application.
• Ensures guest signature and valid identification are scanned into the Casino M anagement System.
• Files all Credit Applications in the d epartments Credit Files.
• Posts returned checks and paid accounts in the Central Credit Software system.
• Upon approval, e nters t he information for the Credit Account into the casino management system.
• Establishes g uest i n the Central Credit Software System and obtains reports on any existing lines of credit for the guest.
• Conducts Credit research as required by the Casino Credit Manager.
