Responsibilities
- Performing a variety of tasks in the preparation, service, and clean up for meals served to residents in the nursing center.
- Maintaining an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery.
- A fire and passion for working with seniors
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
- Professional image in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing quality meal service in a nursing center environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and inviting dining experience for residents. Possesses excellent communication skills to effectively interact with seniors and team members.
