Job Title: Owner’s Rep Project Manager (YAWN)

Pay Rate: $70-80/hr (flexible)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Insight Global’s top data client is seeking an Owner’s Rep (OR) Project Manager to oversee data center construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence for individual builds at a greenfield campus. The role also involves supporting special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facilities. The OR Project Manager will maintain responsibility from construction to deployment, gather internal requirements, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Additionally, the role requires resolving highly critical issues within the matrix organization while rigorously adhering to project timelines and costs.
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in program or project management
- 3-5 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers
- Safety certifications or safety audit experience
- Construction background
Plusses:
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- OSHA 30-hour certification
