Location:
Muskogee, OK
Pay: $20/hour
Shift: 9 AM - 5:30 PM during off season
12 PM - 8:30 PM during peak season

What You'll Do:
- Mix & Batch:
Coordinate and execute batching schedules to meet daily production goals - Make It Right:
Manufacture products to spec using formulas. You'll be an essential part of transforming raw ingredients into targeted, performance-driven feed solutions - Maintain Equipment:
Perform basic repairs and keep detailed maintenance records. - Receive Ingredients:
Unload railcars, barges, and trucks—keeping things moving efficiently. - Keep It Clean:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. - Stay Compliant:
Follow OSHA and FDA standards, safety policies, and all operating procedures.
What You Bring:
- Previous manufacturing experience a plus—but not required!
- High school level reading, writing, and math skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude—you're handy with tools and know your way around equipment.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Manufacturing Experience: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Educational Requirements: High school level reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with various individuals.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in and promote a team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
