Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Grader to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, Oklahoma facility. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working in a team environment, and supporting safe, efficient production operations.

Position Overview:

The Grader is responsible for unloading brick from kiln cars, loading brick into jigs, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting production goals while contributing to a safe workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive to work on time and maintain consistent attendance
• Work assigned schedule with minimal interruptions
• Unload brick from kiln cars and load into jigs
• Work together as a team to complete the required number of cars each shift
• Clean and organize work areas at the end of each shift
• Assist with stocking essential working materials as needed
• Follow all safety regulations and work efficiently
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Block or brick laying experience preferred
• Mechanical skills preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Dependable with a commitment to workplace safety

Skills Required:

• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a production environment
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
