Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel RN ICU for a 13‑week assignment in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

• One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications

• Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
• TNCC, NIHSS certification
• Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients
• Administer complex medications and treatments
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
• Ensure patient safety and comfort in high‑acuity ICU environments
• Record significant conditions and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider
• Perform advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, pulmonary artery catheters
• Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Provide education to patients and families regarding ICU environment and treatments
• Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope
• Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Ability to read/comprehend instructions, follow verbal instructions, proficiency in PC skills
• Physical abilities – remain stationary, move equipment 50‑100 lbs, push, pull, bend

• Technical/motor skills – fine manipulation, pushing, pulling equipment
