As Clinical Director ,youwillensurepatientcareiscoordinated,deliveredappropriately,andalignedwithhospicephilosophyandregulatorystandards.

• Reviewreferralsandassesseligibilityincollaborationwiththe Medical Director .
• Assign,support,andmentorinterdisciplinaryclinicalstaff.
• Conducthomevisits,record reviews,andcaseconferencestoensurehigh-quality care.
• Guidecliniciansinestablishingtherapeuticgoalsandindividualizedplansofcare.
• LeadQAPIandperformanceimprovementinitiatives.
• Support hiring,onboarding,andongoingstaffdevelopment.

• LicensedRNwithcurrent
  
  Oklahomalicensure.
• Hospiceorhomecareexperience(supervisoryexperiencepreferred).
• Stronginpainandsymptommanagement.
