Provide resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans, and as directed by nursing management;
Collaborate with other licensed care staff to coordinate appropriate care for residents;
Follow all Company nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines;
Work closely with patients on a 1-1 basis while receiving support from the patient care team;
Demonstrate commitment to improving quality of life and teamwork with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership
