Job Title: RN ICU

Pay Range: $33.15 - $51.39 per hour (Final pay is based on experience, specialty, and other relevant factors).

Nights 7:00 pm-7:00 am

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse I to join our team in a high-acuity care environment. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in accordance with hospital standards, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, organize, and provide patient care with consideration for age, cultural, and psychosocial needs.
• Document care accurately using appropriate medical terminology.
• Monitor patient progress, address clinical problems, and support timely discharge planning.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and the broader healthcare team.
• Participate in hospital and unit goals, quality initiatives, and educational programs.
• Apply independent judgment in patient care decisions within a complex clinical environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in PCU or ICU (high acuity/critical care environment required).
• 
  
  Note:
  
  ER-only experience does not meet this requirement.
• Knowledge of disease state management, biopsychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage detailed clinical data effectively.

Education & Licensure:

• ADN or ASN degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Valid Oklahoma or multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification required.
