Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Charge Registered Nurse (Charge RN) - Operating Room to lead and coordinate daily surgical operations in a high-volume perioperative services unit
. This role is responsible for overseeing patient flow, staffing coordination, surgical case management, and clinical leadership within the OR, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care.
Shift Details
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday
- Friday (5x8 schedule) - Full-time, direct hire position
Pay
- Min $36.47/hour
- Max: $48/hr (based on Charge RN experience level) Negotiable
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Oklahoma or compact license required
- Minimum 2 years OR circulating experience (required)
- Must have orthopedic and neuro surgery experience
- Charge Nurse or leadership experience required
- Strong understanding of perioperative nursing, surgical workflows, and OR protocols
- CNOR certification preferred
- Epic EMR experience is a plus

- Experienced OR Circulating RN ready for Charge Nurse leadership
- Strong background in orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures
- Skilled in team coordination, surgical flow management, and clinical decision-making
- Confident working in high-volume operating room environments (12-30+ cases/day)
