Home base in Muskogee, with possible travel to satellite clinics:
Tulsa, OK, Bartlesville, OK
Schedule:
Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PMNo nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays!
What you'll do Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
Required qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
Active ANCC or AANPCB certification
Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience
Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferred
Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided)
