Home base in Muskogee, with possible travel to satellite clinics:
Tulsa, OK, Bartlesville, OK
Schedule:
Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
** No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays!**# What you'll do
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
* Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes
* Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in EMR systems
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development## Qualifications## Required qualifications
* Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
* Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license
* Active ANCC or AANPCB certification
* Current DEA registration with prescriptive authority
* Minimum 1–2 years of clinical NP experience
* Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty healthcare strongly preferred
* Willingness to travel regularly between clinic locations (personal vehicle required; mileage reimbursement provided)## Preferred experience
