Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels and assist in inventory planning and control.;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable items.;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrence; monitor inventory levels with guidance from Store Support Center.;
Ensure customer service needs are addressed efficiently and maintain sanitation standards in Perishable departments..
