$14.00 to $15.00 per hour, with up to 8% commission on transactions.
Your pay may include an additional average of $3.35 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for pawn store locations nationwide.
The Full‑Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate partners with staff to deliver customer service on lending and retail sides of the business.
Primary duties include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, handling cash, and maintaining a clean and stocked sales floor.
Responsibilities- Greets and interacts with all customers, recommending appropriate financial solutions.
- Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
- Makes the sales floor clean, stocked, and properly merchandised.
- Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Handles cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies.
- Answers incoming calls per company standards.
- Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, showing respect and using clear communication tools.
- Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
- Successfully completes assigned training.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- May be asked to assist a customer outside the building on our property.
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic math calculations.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Availability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
- Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems and common office equipment.

Pawnbrokers may earn 2–8% commission based on the gross profit of their personal performance. Detailed plan information is provided during the interview process.
All employees must agree to a binding arbitration agreement to resolve disputes.
Payrates will not be below any applicable local minimum wage requirements.
