Benefits- Competitive Compensation – This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $47,500.00 – $55,547.00 with an average 46 hour work week.

Responsibilities- Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
- Participate in a hands‑on learning environment with guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
- Establish community relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Always put our customers first and embrace a culture of friendly competition.
- Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors degree.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- No more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
