We are seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator with proven experience in underground utility installation, powerline construction, substation projects, and foundation work. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team working on essential infrastructure projects.

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, trenchers, and skid steers.
• Perform excavation and installation of underground utilities and conduit systems.
• Support powerline and substation construction activities.
• Assist with concrete foundation preparation and installation.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating equipment in utility and powerline environments.
• Familiarity with underground utility systems, electrical infrastructure, and foundation work.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and utility maps.
• Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to travel to various job sites, including overnight stays.
