Summer Warehouse Associate

We’re hiring Summer Warehouse Associates to support our warehouse and field teams during our busiest season. This is a hands‑on, active role where you’ll help deliver materials, support technicians, and keep operations running smoothly.

This is a seasonal position for the summer months, with the potential to explore future opportunities with Paschal for high‑performing individuals.

• Deliver parts and materials to job sites
• Load/unload HVAC equipment and supplies
• Support warehouse organization and operations
• Operate company vehicles safely
• Follow safety guidelines and team processes

• 18+ with a valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable with strong attendance
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in heat/cold
• Team player with a good attitude
• Willing to learn and work hard

• Full‑time, seasonal (summer only)
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays (every 5th week)
