Maintenance Technician
Red River Brick, a premier brand within the General Shale network, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team at our Muskogee, Oklahoma facility. This role is ideal for experienced industrial maintenance professionals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and supporting safe, efficient plant operations.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant-wide mechanical and electrical equipment. This role includes performing general maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, supporting production goals, and contributing to a zero-harm workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and production equipment
- Inspect machinery and equipment for wear or needed repairs
- Perform general plant maintenance, including welding, pipe fitting, machining, and basic fabrication
- Install, align, and maintain new and existing equipment
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, balancing, and handling materials
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete repairs in a timely manner
- Follow all safety regulations and maintain a zero-harm workplace
- Assist with additional maintenance or operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years industrial maintenance experience
- Mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge preferred
- Ability to read basic schematics and equipment manuals
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dependable with a commitment to safety
Schedule:
- Day shift, Tuesday–Saturday
- 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (or until production is complete)
Pay:
- $26.48 per hour, paid weekly
