What You’ll DoSafely execute repairs and maintenance on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer fleets.
Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and track work orders; monitor service intervals; and document every step of the job.
Diagnose issues quickly using real-time machine data across multiple OEMs; determine cause and corrective action with confidence.
Order parts accurately and assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & components as needed.
Share your expertise by mentoring junior technicians when required.
Complete all electronic documentation daily—thorough, accurate, on time.
Apply knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred) to maintain a safe and compliant shop.
Participate in year-round, company-provided OEM training.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Own the tools required for the role.
Advanced mechanical aptitude and fluency with professional tools.
Deep knowledge of construction equipment, including the ability to read and interpret complex schematics and diagrams.
Excellent customer service, teamwork, and written/verbal communication skills.
Education & Experience High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
Experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment repair preferred.
Physical Requirements Ability to move, stand, stoop, and bend freely.
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Compliance This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
