Arcosa Telecom Structures, an Arcosa Subsidiary, is currently looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator in our Muskogee, OK plant. In this position you will manage and optimize the flow of telecom equipment, materials, and services across our network. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and efficient coordination between vendors, warehouses, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate shipments of telecom equipment and materials to various sites and warehouses.
- Track and manage inventory levels using ERP systems to ensure availability and prevent shortages.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to schedule deliveries and resolve any logistical issues.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, telecom industry standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively address delays or disruptions.
- Support project rollouts by ensuring timely delivery of equipment to installation teams.
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate returns and repairs of defective or surplus equipment.
- Optimize freight cost through carrier negotiations and selection.
- Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain DOT records for company CDL Drivers.
- Ensure accuracy of orders both inbound and outbound.
- HS Diploma or equivalent and/or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, preferably with structural steel and flatbed operations.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Knowledge of telecom equipment and infrastructure is a plus.
- Proficiency in material identification and material type preferred,
- Must be proficient in forklift operation
- Familiarity with international shipping and customs regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- CDL driver experience a plus.
- Experience managing others and leading by example.
