• Vehicle Operation
  • Safely operates company vehicles, including up to 26’ trucks, in compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Deliver materials to customer sites on time, providing excellent service.
• Additional training such as Forklift and other equipment may be required.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of the operation of a forklift and other equipment.
• Delivery & Customer Service
  • Unload materials at delivery locations, verify deliveries against packing slips.
  • Ensure deliveries handled professionally, representing company positively.
  • Ability to unload, protect, move and stage materials as specified by customer.
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of building materials.
• Safety
  • Adheres to all driving regulations, including wearing a seatbelt.
  • Maintains clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
  • Follows all safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
  • Uses proper lifting techniques.
    
    Wears appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Communication
  • Must attend and participate in all required meetings.
• Training Requirements
  • Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
• Physical Job Requirements
  • Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation.
  • Frequent driving or sitting for multiple hours a day.
  • Occasional lift/move up to 80 lbs, climb ladders carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Pushing and pulling carts over varying distances and surfaces, sometimes as a team.
  • Must be able to learn operation of forklift and other vehicles and tools like dollies, flat carts, rock carts.
  • Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties change.

• Possess valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Minimum 1-year consistent commercial driving experience.
• Works well in a team environment.

Reports To:

Branch Manager

Base: $25.00-$30.00 per year.

Full-time schedule, typically 40 hours a week.
