Reports To:
Operations Manager
As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you operate a waste hauling truck to provide residential trash and recycling pick up. You lift and carry residential waste and deposit it into a compactor. Throughout your day, you must be attentive to safety and report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to the management team.
Each day, you are happy to be on the road, not stuck in an office.
- Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods, etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
- Carry out other duties as needed or instructed
- Monday-Friday
- Additional hours may be needed
- Shift is 10‑12 Hours
- Weekly pay

- High school diploma or equivalent
- No more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 years
- CDL Class A/B
- Must be at least 21 years of age
