Responsibilities- Operate various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to the packing station or shipping area.
- Pull, assemble, and cycle‑count customer orders.
- Check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform inventory stock checks; restock and label vendor product; maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
- Move, store, and replenish material.
- Receive, unload, and process inbound material and shipments.
- Process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
- Operate forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, and handling restroom and general office maintenance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to management.
- Perform other related duties as required.
High School diploma or equivalent experience;
Certified Sit‑Down Forklift Operator.
1 or more years of distribution/warehouse experience. Minimum 6 months of stand‑up forklift or order picker equipment experience. No experience required for pallet jack.

- Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.
- Dal‑Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks.
The associate is regularly required to stand, use hands and reach, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and may sometimes sit, climb or balance. The associate may lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Averaged picks per hour are 25 with an average weight of 40‑70 lbs; heavier picks (50‑70 lbs) represent 65% of the shift and lighter items (20‑40 lbs) represent 35%.
Vision requirements include close and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. The associate is exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasional fumes or airborne particles, a wide range of temperatures, and usually loud noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
