Description:
Vantage Crew is the leading nightlife staffing platform for the many Greek Islands. We are currently recruiting for
4 roles
for the summer season 2026, placing candidates in top clubs, beach bars, and nightlife venues across the islands.
🍸 BARTENDER
Prepare and serve cocktails in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Min. 1 year bar experience required. Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails essential.
💃 HOSTESS
Welcome and manage guests at premium venues. Excellent presentation, fluent English, and previous nightlife/luxury hospitality experience required.
📣 NIGHTLIFE PROMOTER
Drive guest traffic and represent venues in key tourist areas. Outgoing personality, strong networking skills, and multilingual profile is a strong asset.
🍽️ SERVER / WAITSTAFF
Deliver high-quality table service in beach clubs and rooftop bars. Previous hospitality experience in nightlife or resort settings preferred.
