Perform Night Audit duties including balancing daily transactions and generating required reports;
Handle guest services functions on the third shift including registration, issuing unit keys, and providing resort information;
Maintain cash handling, balance cash receipts, prepare deposits, and process guest charges;
Prepare and attach backup documents for folios/checks and coordinate with resort accounting;
Provide high-quality guest service and resolve issues while promoting teamwork and compliance with SOPs
