Richland County Government is seeking a Grants & Community Outreach professional to perform responsible accounting and financial administration for HUD grants and other external awards. You will manage grant setup, budgets, reimbursements, and reporting to support a multi-million dollar portfolio.
Under supervision, you will coordinate with departments, ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance, prepare financial statements, audits, and assist nonprofits with grant budgeting and monitoring.
