Gate Access Control Assistant

Waccamaw Management, an Associa company, is hiring a full time Gate Access Control Assistant, to support its gated HOA community in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Work hours:

Mon.

- Fri. 7am-4pm.

Daily responsibilities:

• First point of contact at the gate house for all vendors and contractors to enter the community.
• Meet and greet vendors and contractors.
• Provide guidance and respond to inquiries.
• Check-in vendors and contractors.
• Ensure vendors and contractors have correct bar code access to enter the community.
• Assist vendors and contractors in completing the application process to obtain required access into the community.
• Collect fees and post payments.
• Renew bar code access.
• Assist residents in navigating the portal to request access for vendors and contractors to enter the community.
• Manage emails and communications with vendors and contractors.
• Other duties as requested.

• 1+ years of experience providing customer support and administrative assistance.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
• Customer service driven and team collaborator.
• Highly attentive with great awareness, attention to detail, reliable, and dependable.
• Accurate in work duties.
