Salary: $20-22hr

- Accounts Payable and Receivable responsibilities including receiving and entering invoices from vendors, subcontractors and the project manager; preparing and receiving checks and electronic payments and making deposits.
- Work with project manager to procure missing receipts and invoices, enter time sheets.
- Answer phone, call 811, complete data entry tasks, assist in developing strategic goals, collect daily site reports.
- Maintain employee credit cards and insurance coverage files, cut checks and pay taxes, handle quarterly and year-end tax returns as well as W2s.
- Ability to pass background and credit check
- 3 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; experience in SAGE ideal!
