Job Overview:

Floor Authority is currently looking for a Project Coordinator in Myrtle Beach, SC. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating logistics, and supporting the sales and installation teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can multitask effectively.

  • Taking ownership of data converted from the customer to the Floor Authority Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Driving data integrity and creating processes to identify and eliminate data exceptions.
  • Creating and managing project documentation.
  • Communicating with Procurement to facilitate order of non-stock materials.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to update quotes, material backorders or any other project deviation from the initial scope of work.
  • Providing support to sales and installation teams.
  • Assist with marketing and sales support activities as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams.
TRAVEL &

WORK SCHEDULE:
  • This is a full-time, in office position with standard business hours, Monday–Friday.
Desired Candidate

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the flooring industry or related field is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years related experience in the flooring industry or related industry. This is not required, but helpful.
