• Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager
• Manage project documentation – RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, transmittals and specifications
• Assist in material takeoffs, scheduling, and procurement
• Assist in problem-solving during the construction process
• Help with bid management
• Assist with permit acquisition and utility coordination
• Ensure project execution is aligned with plans, specifications, and company quality standards
• Participate in punch list preparation and closeout documentation
• Coordinate with trade partners and vendors to maintain project schedules and material delivery timelines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Associates degree in Construction Science or Management or equivalent combination of training and work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a Project Engineer Role in Commercial Construction and/or Multi-Family Projects
• Minimum 3+ years of construction experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity
