Senior Commercial Superintendent — On-Site Field Leader

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join a growing General Contractor with a strong portfolio of commercial, and healthcare construction projects. This individual will be responsible for leading all field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualificati

• ons7+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent for a General Contract

  Proven experience independently managing ground-up and/or major renovation commercial construction projects valued at $1
• 0M.Commercial/healthcare construction experience is strongly preferr

  Experience with commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects preferr

  Structural concrete and masonry construction experience is a strong pl
