A well-established 25+ year General Contractor — growing fast in Commercial Multifamily and Student Housing — is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team.

This role is built for someone currently working as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM who's ready to grow into full Project Management. You'll work directly alongside an experienced PM on ground‑up, wood‑frame multifamily and student housing projects — learning the full buyout‑to‑closeout process with real mentorship behind you.

• Experience as a PE, Field Engineer, or APM with a GC, Developer, or subcontractor
• Construction/Engineering or related degree preferred (not a must)
• Exposure to ground‑up multifamily or student housing
• Strong communicator, organized, and hungry to lead
• Drive to grow into full PM responsibility

• Support the PM across buyout through closeout
• Coordinate subs, vendors, and internal team members
• Help manage schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Track progress in project management software
• Support jobsite safety protocols
• Take on growing ownership as you develop toward PM
