The Service Porter plays a key role in our customer satisfaction by maintaining the flow of vehicles in and out of the service area, assisting customers, and supporting the service team with vehicle organization and presentation.

• Greet service customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Move vehicles to and from the service drive, parking lot, and technician bays
• Keep the service drive, lot, and customer lounge clean and organized
• Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery
• Perform light facility maintenance or janitorial tasks
• Support service advisors and technicians as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and be on your feet for extended periods
