State of South Carolina is seeking a bilingual Unemployment Insurance (UI) Customer Service Representative to handle inbound UI inquiries from claimants, employers, and other stakeholders.
The CSR will follow scripts, document call summaries, escalate when appropriate, and provide general information in line with agency guidelines. Fluent in English and Spanish; a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience are required, with a bachelor’s degree substitutable.
