Customer Service – Call Center - Night Shift | Myrtle Beach, SC

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a busy call center in Myrtle Beach! You’ll be helping customers over the phone to make reservations—no cold calling, no drug test or background check required.

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, enthusiastic individuals
Inbound or Outbound CSRS
Clear, professional phone communication
Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced setting
Ability to type 18 WPM for Inbound Reps

Available Shifts INBOUND:

Night Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:30PM–11PM | $19/hr + Weekly Bonuses

Available Shifts OUTBOUND:

Night Shift: Mon–Fri | 3:30PM–11PM | $19/hr + Weekly Bonuses

Training

Schedule:

Inbound Night shift Training:

Week 1:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Week 2:
- Monday through Friday: 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 3:
- You’ll switch to your regular night shift hours

Outbound Night shift Training:

Monday & Tuesday (first two days):
- 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday (third day):
- You’ll switch to your regular night shift hours
