The Opportunity

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking  Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians (MD/DO)  for an exceptional locum tenens opportunity in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This Level I Trauma Center delivers advanced care in a high-volume, fast-paced environment supported by full specialty backup.

Assignment Details

Facility Type:  Level I Trauma Center | 70-Bed Emergency Department

Annual ED Volume:  110,000 Visits

Census:  ~2 Patients per Hour

Shift Times – Physicians:

6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Primary Need)

Shift Times – APPs:

8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

6:00 PM – 4:00 AM

EMR System:  Meditech

Admitting Orders:  Yes

Subspecialty Backup:  Full Spectrum Support

Candidate Requirements

Board Certification:  ABEM or AOBEM

Licensure:  Active South Carolina Medical License & Unrestricted DEA

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS (ATLS/PALS Preferred)

Experience:

Recent high-volume ED experience (comparable Level I/II trauma preferred)

Credentialing:  Temps Available for Clean Files
