Full-Time Floater Teacher

At Palmetto Preschool, we're looking for a dependable, energetic, and caring Full-Time Floater Teacher to join our Market Common team. If you enjoy variety in your day, love working with children of different ages, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect fit.

As a Floater Teacher, you'll provide support throughout the center, helping in classrooms ranging from infants to preschool-aged children as needed. No two days are exactly the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexibility while making a meaningful impact every day.

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday–Friday until 5:30 pm No nights or weekends

What You'll Do:

• Support teachers and classrooms throughout the center
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Assist with daily classroom routines and activities
• Step in where needed to help ensure smooth center operations

What We're Looking For:

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing classroom needs
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
• Must meet all state licensing requirements
