Adjunct Instructor, Chemistry; Dual Enrollment

The Dual Enrollment Chemistry Instructor teaches college-level chemistry courses at Gaffney High School in accordance with the partnering college's curriculum and academic standards.

• Planning and delivering instruction
• Conducting laboratory activities
• Assessing student learning
• Maintaining accurate grades and attendance
• Providing timely feedback to students
• Ensuring a safe laboratory environment
• Following college and high school policies
• Utilizing the college's learning management system
• Maintaining required course documentation

• Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related discipline with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Chemistry
• Prior experience teaching chemistry at the high school or college level
• Experience with dual enrollment instruction
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols
• Familiarity with college learning management systems
