Palmetto Preschool is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Floater to join our Market Common team. This afternoon position is perfect for someone who loves working with children and wants a consistent schedule that leaves mornings free.

Monday–Friday
12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
No nights or weekends, however this is not a seasonal position—must be able to work year round.

• As an Assistant Teacher, you ll help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. You ll work alongside experienced educators and become part of a team that values relationships, teamwork, and continuous growth.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Experience in childcare is preferred, but not required
