* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

** All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.
* Perform structural design and analysis of precast concrete components and their connections using established engineering principles.  Check production and field drawings to ensure they align with the design specifications.
* Coordinate the engineering phase of construction projects, collaborating closely with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations teams, as well as with external contacts including General Contractors, Architects, and Engineers.
* Engage with Production and Quality Control teams to develop a practical understanding of manufacturing operations.
* Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress, verify compliance with design specifications, and assist in the development and tracking of any required field repairs.
* Participate in research and development to support innovation. Tindall actively collaborates with universities and industry groups to remain at the forefront of technology and advancements in the precast concrete industry.
** Qualifications and Requirements:**

* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis is required.
* *
* Licenses/Certifications:

** Passing the FE (Fundamentals of Engineering) exam is preferred.
* *
* Experience:

** Previous experience in a related engineering or construction role is preferred but not required.
