T2M is partnering with a fast-growing, private equity–backed international engineering services to recruit a newly created Head of Finance role for its US operations.
With projects delivered to global manufacturing brands across Europe, APAC, and the USA, this is a high‑impact leadership position at a pivotal stage of growth.
The OpportunityReporting directly to the US Managing Director, you’ll lead a small, established finance team and work closely with the Group CFO and Head of Group Finance to drive performance, insight, and value across the region.
This role suits a forward‑thinking, commercially minded finance leader who thrives in a dynamic, change‑led environment and enjoys combining strong technical fundamentals with strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead monthly management accounts, delivering high‑quality analysis, insight, and risk/opportunity commentary.
- Own FP&A across monthly reporting, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and QBRs.
- Lead the year‑end audit process and manage external auditors.
- Act as a key member of the US Leadership Team, supporting strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and system enhancements.
- Oversee shared services (Payroll, AP, AR).
- Partner with operations and IT to improve management information and commercial insight.
- Manage capex evaluation, project financial performance, and cash flow / working capital.
- CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA desirable).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Proven experience in a Senior Finance Manager / Head of Finance role within the USA.
- Background in project‑based or contract accounting.
- Experienced people leader with a track record of driving change.
- Commercially astute with excellent analytical and modelling skills.
- Private equity–backed, engineering, or business services experience is desirable.
Must be eligible to work in the USA on a permanent, full‑time basis
