• Processes all teller financial transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services.
• Calculates daily transactions using appropriate technology.
• Communicates effectively with branch management and branch personnel.
• Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly and appropriately.
• Ensure adherence to Teller cash limits.
• Provides a complete range of customer services, including opening new personal and business deposit accounts and enrolling customers in ancillary products and services such as CD’s, IRA’s, safe deposit boxes, etc.
• Identifies customer needs and recommends specific products and services to satisfy those needs.
• Answers customers’ routine questions and refers complex inquiries to management.
• Performs account research and troubleshoots problems as requested.
• Provides support by performing clerical duties such as answering phone, maintaining accurate files, faxing and copying.
• Ensures confidentiality and compliance with all bank procedures, regulatory standards, and operational security guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to all bank policies, including but not limited to BSA, dress codes, etc.
• Assists loan officers as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
