This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Property Accountant, located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Property Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations related to property management. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate and timely journal entries, creating reports for financial operations, and assisting with accounting tasks and compliance. The role will also involve working closely with property managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and performance tracking.

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Experience with Journal Entries (Accounting) and Accounting principles
• Background in Finance and financial operations management
• Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in property accounting or real estate finance is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
