. Your attention to detail will help you manage daily operations and keep our homebuilding teams running smoothly. Your adaptable nature will be the perfect fit for this diverse role that will offer you variety each day.

• Manage the collaboration of paperwork between production and sales teams
• Ensure product selection sheets are appropriately distributed to sales team
• Oversee reporting processes for division office and vendor personnel
• Review and update quantities, bids and lumber costs into our costing system

• Work effectively and independently in a professional environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and database systems
• Demonstrated customer relations skills
• Able to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize to meet deadlines
• Homebuilding or costing experience a plus
