South Atlantic Bank is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to oversee internal and external financial reporting, including SEC filings, and to guide budgeting, asset/liability management, and internal controls. You will partner with the CFO and senior leadership to model forecasts, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
The role requires a CPA and 8–10 years of banking accounting/financial reporting experience, with strong GAAP knowledge and SEC reporting experience.
